Rose has immersed herself in the creation of Live It Nutrition, her Nutrition Counseling Practice, developing her own website and educational materials centered on the knowledge that when individuals tap into their greatest resource, themselves, they will accomplish their health and nutrition goals. She believes a partnership is the best approach and utilizes research based principles of nutrition and exercise to advance behavior changes that overtime become one’s lifestyle. Rose does not prescribe “diets” rather in partnership with you designs a “Live-It”, a meal plan that will support weight loss goals, and is delicious and healthy!
Rose absolutely believes that people are becoming more self aware and in tune with their bodies, looking to take ownership of their health and future. It is here where she sees her purpose as a Registered Dietitian, and believes she has much to offer.
